At MH Netstock ([https://mhnetstock.in](https://mhnetstock.in)), we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase of networking hardware, GPON/EPON ONUs, Wi-Fi routers, and FTTH accessories. This policy outlines the conditions under which orders can be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately via phone or WhatsApp with your Order ID.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier or logistics partner, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may initiate a return upon receiving the shipment, subject to our return conditions below.
We accept return or replacement requests under the following specific circumstances within 7 days of delivery:
Eligible Reasons for Return/Replacement:
Defective or Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Products: Hardware that fails to power on or function out of the box.
Damaged in Transit: Physical damage to the product packaging or equipment caused during transit.
Incorrect Product Received: If the item delivered does not match the model or item ordered on your invoice.
Conditions for Accepting Returns:
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
The product must include original packaging, serial number labels, warranty seals, user manuals, power adapters, and all accessories.
An unboxing video or clear photographs showing the damage/defect may be requested by our support team to process the claim faster.
The following items or conditions are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:
Products damaged due to improper installation, power surges, lightning strikes, physical abuse, or unauthorized modifications/firmware flashing.
Products missing their original serial numbers, MAC addresses, or warranty stickers.
Fiber patch cords, drop cables, or cut cables once unspooled or unsealed, unless damaged prior to delivery.
Requests initiated after 7 days from the delivery date.
Inspection: Once your returned item is received at our facility, our technical team will inspect it against the reported issue within 2 to 3 business days.
Approval & Processing: Upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card).
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway provider.
Shipping Charges: Original shipping or courier charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).
